If you have tracked your package and it is not delivered within 2 days of the original estimated delivery date or the status shows delivered but you have not received the package you can submit a ticket to file a trace or claim on your package. Subject Line should read Claim and you will need to include the following information: Order number, Name, Address, Tracking Number and Telephone Number. Please submit your ticket with the Customer Service Department.
